2. Stir into warm (not hot) water or milk, or add to dalia or yogurt.

3. For a scratchy throat, take a teaspoon slowly or in warm water (adults and children over 1 year).

4. Keep the lid closed, in a cool, dry place, and use a clean, dry spoon.

5. In cold weather raw honey may thicken or crystallise. This is natural.

Never give honey to babies under 12 months. If you have diabetes, check with your doctor first.
